On Monday, June 11, 2012, the Northampton Special Education Parent Advisory Council (SpED PAC) will host its 8th annual Appreciation Awards evening.

Nominations will be accepted for individuals who have done something special that has made a difference in your child’s life. Any parent of a child with special needs in Northampton, including children on 504s and with out-of-district placement, is welcome to make a nomination.

Please limit your nominations to one per child with special needs. The nominee can be a teacher, school friend, aide, bus driver, cafeteria worker, coach, etc. All those who are nominated will be recognized.

We’ll read all nomination letters at the awards ceremony so it’s even more special when those who nominate attend, though it’s not required.

The ceremony will be held at the Florence Civic Center at 7:00 pm. You can print the form from the NPS website by clicking here.
