The annual sidewalk sales in Northampton began on Thursday with crowds of eager shoppers strolling through dozens of pop-up tents along downton. While some were nervous about the possibility of rain this weekend, vendors and shoppers alike were excited for the sales ahead. This weekend's sale-goers will see deals from local restaurants and shops, bringing lower prices for locals and increased business for Northampton shops.

Sidewalk sales run Thursday through Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Sunday 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
