The temperatures Saturday morning, February 21st, were peaking in the single digits, but that didn't deter the warm welcome at Steve's Sugar Shack in Westhampton.  This season's opening day served as a benefit for Pioneer Valley Habitat for Humanity coordinated by Westhampton Congregational Church.  The Shack staff got right into the rhythm, delivering pancakes to long time customers, family and friends.  Steve's Sugar Shack will be open Saturdays and Sundays, 7am to 1pm, through April 11th.
