Public Forum on the Roundhouse Parking Lot

Do you have some great ideas on what to do with the Roundhouse parking lot?  There will be a public forum concerning the future of the lot hosted by the Ad-Hoc Roundhouse Lot Development Advisory Committee.  After reviewing potential development options for the parking lot, the committee will collect public input and ideas, and issue recommendations to the Mayor for selling the land for development through a RFP process.

COMMITTEE'S MISSION
The Ad-Hoc Roundhouse Lot Development Advisory Committee will review potential development options for the roundhouse parking lot, collect public input and ideas, and issue recommendations to the Mayor for selling the land for development by an RFP process.

The Ad-Hoc Committee will work initially with the City's predevelopment consultant, Utile, to review its site development findings and hold a public hearing seeking input and ideas to inform its recommendations.
