A Cure For Cabin Fever: Kid's Stuff Exchange 3/9/13

From the blog of Northampton Public Works

The DPW’s ReUse Committee is sponsoring a free “Kid’s Stuff Exchange” at Smith Voc on Saturday March 9th.  Preregistration is required to participate from 9-11; the event will be open to the general public from 11-noon.

This swap meet will allow local families to exchange clothing, toys, books & sporting goods in good condition at no cost.  Stuff for kids ages 0-12 are the focus of this reuse event.

Little people will be welcome, but childcare will not be provided.  The Artisans of WMASS, Inc will have several tables set up with art projects for children ages 3-12 from 9-noon.

Space is limited & participants will receive more information when they register.  Signing up is easy!  Just provide a full name, mailing address, daytime phone number and email address by phone (587-1059) or by email (kbouquillon@northamptonma.gov) or deliver it (by mail or in person) to the DPW office before March 1st.
